Starting Sept 20th, 2021, all Lamar University applications such as LU Email, LU Learn, Tech Support, and Cardinal Purch that use LEA will require a 2-step login when accessed off-campus for all users. This means if your device is not registered for LEA 2-step, you may not be able to access LU services. In addition, there may be additional steps required to configure your phone or tablet for LU email after Sept 20th.

Employees (faculty and staff) are already using LEA 2-step and are not impacted by this change.

Visit lamar.edu/lea2step to register your devices and read more information about LEA 2-Step and email configuration changes. If you have already registered your device in the past (during a password change) and want to confirm that your LEA 2-Step works correctly, visit lamar.edu/lea2step and use the tester button.

Enter your LamarID (case sensitive) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN), select Log In.

To recover your LEA username and password, Log In and click Personal Information.

To protect your privacy, Exit and close your browser when you are finished.
